SERVICE:

From start to finish, everybody that we came into contact with was extremely friendly and very attentive. Our server, Shannon, had a great personality and was very quick to offer suggestions from the menu.

ATMOSPHERE:
*
The setting was very classy, a perfect spot to take your husband or wife for a quiet night out on the town and a romantic dinner. There really isn't a bad seat in the house, if you are looking for views of the harbor and the inlet you will not be disappointed.

FOOD
*
If we could, we would give more stars to this fine establishment under this category. All of the food exceeded our expectations in proportions, taste and plating. It was a pleasant surprise in this rough economy to be able to experience this amazing meal.

*
Food Ordered:
1) Plate of 2 crab cakes (recommend them, the sauce was amazing)
2) Hearts of romain with blue cheese and hazel nuts salads
1) Seafood fettucini
1) Top sirloin with asparagus and potatoes
2) Beers

SERVICE:

This actually speaks volumes that they were able to obtain 1 full star as they were very busy when we arrived. For a bit, the line of guests stretched out the door. The cashiers were professional and quick, working through the extensive menu with ease. They reminded us of the waitress' seen in old movies or television shows adding to the home town feel that seems to surround the entire establishment.

ATMOSPHERE:
*
Very comfortable seating arrangement with plenty to look at as your food is being prepared. Arks of every shape and size fill the shelves that stretch along the tops of the walls adding a country home feel. The place was remarkably clean considering how busy they were when we arrived.

No complaints all of the way around. The food was fresh and flavorful and more importantly, it was made to order.

1) Scallops and chips
1) Fish and chips

Time: 7P.M.
Total Party: 4
Total Stars: *** (out of 4)

SERVICE:

The cashier was very friendly and listened to our order, she even helped with the decisions by recommending a few items on the menu.

ATMOSPHERE:
*
The restaurant was very clean and presentable. As the patrons were leaving the staff was right behind them cleaning the tables, floors and seats.

FOOD:
1/2
It wasn't bad, but it didn't quite hit the great mark either. The salad bar was out of many items and the staff didn't appear to be in any rush to fill the emptied containers. A member in our party commented on how the bacon cheeseburger was beyond burnt. Another member did not receive their second side with their steak meal. The portions were generous and could satisfy the average appetite.

PRICE:
1/2
The price was reasonable for the food ordered:
1) 6oz Steak with a baked potato--Price included 2 sides even though 1 was received.
1) Endless Salad Bar
2) Bacon Cheeseburgers with french fries
4) Drinks
Total Price: $61.00 (for 4 guests)
